This is a small friendly Kennel Club affiliated club, whose aim is to gain the maximum enjoyment from training our dogs.
We meet in the town hall in Banff, in the North East of Scotland, every Friday evening.

There are two classes of training available.

Beginners
The beginners courses are for dogs of any age. Each course runs for 8 weeks, enrolment taking place on the first night of each course. During the course the dogs are taught the basic obedience skills thought desirable to make them a pet dog which is a pleasure to have around.
The dates of the beginners courses taking place in 2010 are as follows:-

Follow - on
These classes are for dogs who have mastered basic obedience and whose owners would like to further their training.
Some members take part regularly in obedience competitions whilst others are not interested in competing but enjoy teaching their dogs new skills in the company of like minded doggy people !

Anybody interested in attending either of these classes should contact Mandy on 01261 833623 for further information.

Other Activities
Agility training takes place on Saturday afternoons.

To take part in the Agility training dogs are expected to have reached a basic standard of obedience. For more information about our agility classes please contact Doris on 01261 821304.

Each year we are invited to give demonstrations of agility and obedience at the various local village galas. These are great fun, being enjoyed both by the dogs and their handlers and by the spectators.
